Day 5: Restorative Justice in Schools Virtual Panel

Wednesday October 18, 6pm-7:10pm CST COFI/POWERPAC is having a virtual panel on restorative justice implementation in schools, featuring some beloved experts from the DSC community, live streamed to facebook.

Along with the virtual panel, parent teams in Aurora and Elgin will be having in person community conversations about RJ implementation in u-46 and SD131, SD129. Those conversations will start at 5pm cst in each city and then people will view the panel together and stick around some time after to reflect. In particular for the Elgin event, where the leaders have been really driving conversations with district and school leaders, we’ve already received attendance confirmations from board members, principals, teachers and social work staff.
